Short, clear terms for using Falak Academy and buying subjects on it.

01Accepting these terms

By using Falak Academy or buying any subject on it, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

02Your account

An account is personal to one student and may not be shared, sold or used by more than one person.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your details, for keeping your password secret, and for everything done through your account.
We may suspend or close any account without a refund if we suspect sharing or any other breach of these terms.

03How long you can access a subject

Buying a subject gives you access to it for the current semester only.
Every subject locks automatically at the end of each semester. You cannot ask for an extension or a refund because access has ended.
To access a subject in a new semester you need to buy it again, except in the failing case described below.

04If you fail the subject

If you fail a subject you bought on the platform, we reopen it for you free of charge for the next semester, provided that:

You contact us within 30 days of the subject result being released.
You attach proof that you failed, such as a screenshot of your academic record or transcript.
A subject is reopened once only, for the same account that bought it.
Reopening replaces a refund, and no money is paid out for it.

05Content and intellectual property

All lectures, summaries and quizzes belong to Falak Academy and are protected by intellectual property rights.
You may watch them for your own personal use only. Downloading, recording, filming, copying, publishing or selling them in any form is not allowed.
Lectures may carry a watermark with your account details. Any leak of the content leads to the account being closed permanently without a refund, and we may take legal action.

06Prices and payment

Prices are shown next to each subject. We may change them at any time without affecting a completed order.
Payment is made in full and in advance through the payment methods available on the platform.
Refunds are governed only by our Refund policy.

07What the service is

The platform offers supporting explanations of university subjects. It is not affiliated with any university and does not guarantee any grade or exam result.
We may update, change or reorder the content whenever we see fit.
We aim to keep the platform running at all times, but we do not guarantee it will be free of interruptions or temporary faults.

08Limitation of liability

Our liability will never exceed the amount you paid for the subject in question, and we are not liable for any indirect damage arising from use of the platform.

09Changes

We may change these terms at any time and show the date of the last update at the top of this page. Continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept it.
